The Carlisle Group provides a placement guarantee that allows peace of mind. If for any reason you or a candidate breaches an employment agreement within 90 days, TCG will secure another candidate or will refund the placement fee.

Interview Process
We work closely with our clients throughout the interview process by providing strategic planning and data to ensure optimal results. The candidate is provided key information and helpful tips to allow for a productive site visit. When we submit a CV it will include three dates that the physician has committed to do an interview.
