Responsibilities:
 |
- Recruit quality Physicians for superior Clients
- Profile prospective Client Opportunities (travel 4-8 days/month)
- Present qualified candidates with detailed description of Client Opportunities
- Manage the Interview process from introduction through Contract Negotiation
- Source Physician leads through various marketing avenues including, direct mail, web services, and database rousing
- Represent and Maintain ongoing business relationships with up to 15 clients at a time
- Aid in development of strategic marketing initiatives
- Intensive phone work required and expected.

- BA/BS Degree Preferred
- Competitive Drive

- Superior Time Management and Organizational Skills
- The Talent to balance Interrogation of Reality with Customer Service
- Self Starter not requiring Micro Management
- 12-18 Months Healthcare Staffing Experience
