 Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain C-level relationships in assigned territory
- Meet or exceed goal every month
- Assist search with client/candidate issues
- Obtain and remain up-to-date on all compensation, industry demographics, and market analysis.
- Consult Clients with extensive industry knowledge
- Aid in development of strategic marketing initiatives
- Light travel required
- Intensive phone work required and expected

Requirements:

- BA/BS Degree Preferred

- Self Starter not requiring Micro Management
- 12-18 Months Healthcare Staffing Experience
